DealCentre AI CA Release and InvestorVision Enhancement
Tags
DealCentre AI was launched at DealMax at the end of April, offering AI-powered due diligence and a centralized platform that transforms deal management across the entire lifecycle.
Project highlights include:
- Redact and “unredact” scanned PDFs: The unredact feature is available in the preparation area, allowing users to selectively remove redactions from one or more documents simultaneously.
- Advanced filtering and sorting capabilities: Now available for the Deal List, Buyer Checklist, and Documents tab, these include basic filters like file type, added by, and modified timeframe, as well as advanced options such as category, “in diligence,” and whether items are redacted.
- Apply permissions to multiple files and folders: Advisors can now apply permissions with the option to filter by groups or subgroups, making it easier to compare access between different buyers.
- Buyer Checklist: Ensures potential buyers complete their due diligence. Items on the checklist can be categorized by assignee, status, priority, and due date, allowing easy filtering to track the progress of assigned items and identify any unassigned tasks.
- Downloadable deal archiving: Available in DealCentre AI with two types of archives:
- Document Archive: Includes all documents from an entity’s viewpoint (e.g., a winning buyer will have access to all content permissioned to other buyers, including the seller’s content).
- Audit and Compliance Archive: Typically used by advisors and sellers, this archive includes all documents, document activity logs, user activity logs, reports, and user notes in the data room.
Conversational AI Tool: One of the most exciting features of DealCentre AI, this tool allows advisors and sellers to quickly access information by integrating AI into M&A workflows. Users can pose questions, and the smart tool provides answers along with three additional suggested questions. Documents and pages used to generate responses are referenced, with the option to view them in the browser.
More benefits of the smart tool include:
- Reduces time spent searching for the most relevant information
- Speeds up the organization of thousands of documents, accelerating preparation
- Decreases the risk of including documents with sensitive information, such as PII
- Quickly digests information to provide instant answers to stakeholders
InvestorVision: Multi-fund Posting
